Overview
The client needed to show tenants how an empty courtyard becomes the best room in the building.
We designed timber-slatted pergolas, a fire-pit lounge, picnic decks and game tables, then rendered every camera twice, by day and by night, so the lighting design is as clear as the layout.
By day
Timber pergolas, a fire-pit lounge, picnic decks and game tables for tenants.
By night
Every camera rendered again at night to show the lighting design: uplit planting, glowing pergolas and warm path lights.
